Bed was comfortable and room was functional. Just unfortunate about the heat making sleep difficult.

Very good, lovely welcome

A woman was attacked and bitten by a man in front of my room at 4am! I couldn’t find the number of reception early (it should be marked on the phone please). It was so violent and scary ! I don’t know if this couple were guests or your employers.. it was terrible. I couldn’t fall asleep until 7am

Very satisfactory. As expected

We found the place to be in an excellent location for visiting the city of Rouen. The beds were comfortable, breakfast was great, and walking distance to the sights and restaurants of a Rouen.. thanks to the reception who made an effort to show us the sights on the map, and point out places to eat.

The room was pleasant and clean. The mattress was tired on one side, and the door to the bathroom needs sorting

Nice hotel. Location is not too far from the center yet easy to get around. Staff was really good at explaining everything

Two colleagues travelling for a conference. We were well greeted by the first receptionist, then realised we had been assigned a double bed instead of the twin bed room we requested. The receptionist was then doubtful of our claim, but realised they had made a mistake. She was unable to get us another room for the full stay, so we had to share a bed. One dirty towel on arrival. Second and third receptionists we encountered treated us disrespectfully, first inquiring aggressively about our room number claiming it was to check whether they could clean it, which we found odd, then we were repeatedly and angrily asked by another receptionist whether he could finish what he was doing before answering our request for a receipt on the last night. Finally, one of us found two insect bites on her body. There was a mention of a partial refund in the receipt, which has yet to be returned to the bank account. We will not be staying here again, nor would we recommend it to anyone.
